Shipping policy

At Auro Coffee, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and reliably.

All orders are processed upon successful payment and confirmation. Orders are prepared for dispatch within our operational hours.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed for dispatch on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Sundays: No courier pickups are scheduled. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

We deliver across the UAE through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified in case of any delays or issues with their shipment.
