This coffee is produced at our Organic farms in the Djimma zone of western Ethiopia, an area known for fertile soils, forested growing conditions, and traditionally processed coffees. Cherries are harvested by hand and naturally processed, with whole cherries dried before milling.

The natural process contributes to a heavier body and deeper sweetness, resulting in a cup profile marked by fruity & caramel notes. This coffee is well suited to Filter & Arabic coffee, particularly for those who prefer fuller-bodied coffees with restrained acidity.
