Produced by smallholder farmers in the Guji zone, this coffee is naturally processed, meaning whole cherries are dried intact before milling. This method allows sugars from the fruit to interact with the bean during drying, increasing sweetness and fruit intensity.

The result is a coffee with pronounced ripe fruit character, including berries and tropical notes, supported by a syrupy body and rounded acidity. Despite the natural process, the cup remains clean and well-defined.
